that is not what i said，it's reality，i've been trying to prove that i can use what i learned in my job，but然并卵.so i tryed to find the reason ，i actually thougt that maybe there were something wrong with me，maybe i didn't do my best，but i found that the commaders don't need my knowledge，they just need a people that good at writing rubbish paper or a minion，maybe the sergeants or other junior officers can make it better，so i quit，let those suckers go on with the stupid party

你好好看看美军的军官工资和士官工资到底什么水平就知道了，士官最高多少，军官最低多少，老美那么能算计会比中国人傻吗？还副营呢，干到副营得多少年

楼主怎么不想想，研究生毕业，刚工作起点就高，以后的晋升，不管是级别，工资，还是退出安置都是士官没法比的，他们一步步熬过来，绝大部分人的军旅生涯就到头了，再过三两年你怎么不比了？也可能不是跟这个四期比了，又跟高级士官比了……为什么拿他们最优势的一点跟自己一般情况比？这不科学吧？！

如果觉得士官好，你可以去和士官换，如果你觉得这个体制不好，大可以想尽一切办法离开，就算是坐监离开也在所不惜，典型的一句话:吃着碗里的看着锅里的，什么都不满你意，你可以滚蛋！

学历高不一定能力就强，可是四级士官是比拼出来的，能力应该弱不了。

四级士官拼出来的?太tm搞笑了，你肯定不是基层的。四级以上除个别确实有能力外，哪个不是送礼搞关系留下来的

/ y; j# G, }$ O4 f吐奶义务啊，特别是高级士官，哪有技术好的？我见过的都是领导鞍前马后的跟班。我非常佩服一个四期，到现在我们还是铁哥们，见面喊大哥，他当时就是技术大拿，是拼出来的，但转五期领导根本没考虑，指标给了领导的一个厨子

营以下干部，能有什么好安置，又去当公安？没什么兴趣了。
