西点军校的选拔和淘汰率是我们军校没法比的。他们毕业只授予准尉--见习少尉，不想我们以学历定军衔。更何况学历和能不能带兵打仗没啥关系

能打仗和是什么军衔也没什么太大关系，在人民军队的历史上，在井冈山时期和抗战中，一直强调主要是游击战，但到了解放战争后期，照样大打进攻战和攻坚战，抗美援朝战争后期，照样进行固守作战。

因为美国本科毕业才能读医学院，所以读书时就是少尉，毕业后（医学博士）就是上尉。

现在不管技术还是行政都是以背景，关系来定未来的！！

就国情看，以学历定军衔还是相对公平的，就像高考一样，相对公平。如果没有高考，平民子女更无出路。

不是学历不能反映能力，是我们的学历没有一套科学的评价体系来体现能力，本来，学历就应该是能力的体现。
